TigerzTools is the tools platform of Tigerzplace, the technology and cybersecurity brand behind tigerzplace.com. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tigerzplace, operating TigerzTools.
TigerzTools provides browser-based software tools for automation and research. Each tool has its own plan and license. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of every TigerzTools tool, the website at tools.tigerzplace.com, and your TigerzTools account (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TigerzTools tools are browser extensions. They are installed in Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer and run inside your own browser session. They can also be installed in other Chromium-based desktop browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Brave and Opera. Mozilla Firefox and mobile browsers are not supported.
A tool works only while the browser it is installed in is open and running. The tools are not a hosted service that acts on your behalf when your browser is closed.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use each tool you hold a license for, for your personal or internal business purposes.
Each license covers one tool and one plan. It is linked to your TigerzTools account and to an Installation ID (the browser extension identifier) of that tool. An Installation ID does not by itself prove account ownership or identify a unique device. Contact Support for installation checks, transfers or rebinding before making a new purchase.
The rules in 5.1 to 5.4 apply to every TigerzTools tool. Rules for specific kinds of tool are set out after them in 5.5 and 5.6.
Our tools act only through your own browser, with the accounts you are already logged in to. You are responsible for everything a tool does from your browser, including making sure you have the right to use the content and accounts involved.
You are responsible for following the terms, policies and community rules of every platform or website you use a tool with, and any law that applies to your activity, including laws on data protection and on commercial and unsolicited messages.
We sell software licenses only. We do not sell or provide engagement, likes, followers, comments, reviews, group memberships, fake accounts, data about other people, or access to anyone else's account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or end a license that is used in breach of this section, as described in Section 12.
FAP runs inside your own browser, using the Facebook account you are already logged in to. It posts only to groups that account already belongs to, and only the content you write or choose. FAP does not create Facebook accounts, join groups on your behalf, or post from any account other than yours.
When you use FAP, you are responsible for following Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards and the rules of every group you post to, and for making sure you have the right to post the content you publish.
Some tools read publicly available information from a website or platform and let you filter and export it, for example X Profiler, FB Profiler, TikTok Followers Finder and Backlink Scanner once they are released. These tools are for lawful research, analysis and reporting. When you use them you agree that:
TigerzTools tools are not penetration-testing or exploitation tools. If you run any security assessment with other software, only do so against systems you own or have written permission to test.
Paid plans are bought as one-time payments on the checkout page. Payments are currently processed by PayPal, using your PayPal balance or a card. Each payment adds 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) to the license for that tool, depending on what you choose at payment. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again. Buying the same plan while your license is active adds the new time to the end of your current license. Changing an active license to a different plan is handled by Support before payment.
We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect time you have already paid for.
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@tigerzplace.com from your account email with the transaction ID of the payment. For PayPal payments, this is the transaction ID shown on your PayPal receipt. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method, and the time that payment added is removed from your license. Full details are on the Refund & Billing page.
No refunds are issued after the 7-day window except where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tigerzplace.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
TigerzTools tools interact with third-party platforms, such as Facebook and TikTok, through your own logged-in browser session. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with these platforms. Those platforms decide how they respond to any account or activity, and we cannot control or guarantee that response. Account restrictions or bans applied by a platform as a result of how you use the Service are your responsibility.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding the results you will achieve using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TigerzTools and Tigerzplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or to a single tool, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is damaging to the Service. Where reasonable, we will contact you first at your account email. Upon termination, your license to use the affected tool or the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or any part of the Service at any time. Where a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, contact Support and we will work with you on a fair outcome.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute directly with us by emailing support@tigerzplace.com, and we will respond in good faith before either side starts formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will give notice of material changes by email or by a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
