These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TigerzTools software, the website at tools.tigerzplace.com, and any associated Chrome extensions (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
Licenses are issued per Chrome Extension ID. One license activates on one extension instance at a time. Transferring a license to a new device requires contacting support.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. All prices are displayed in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless covered by our refund policy below.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email support@tigerzplace.com with your order ID within 7 days. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be denied if there is evidence of policy abuse or if the product was used extensively during the refund window.
No refunds are issued after the 7-day window except where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tigerzplace.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
TigerzTools extensions interact with third-party platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) via your authenticated browser session. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with these platforms. You use our tools in conjunction with those platforms entirely at your own risk. Platform policy violations, account restrictions, or bans resulting from your use of the Service are your sole responsibility.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding the results you will achieve using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TigerzTools and Tigerzplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is damaging to our business interests. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately revokes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute directly with us by emailing support@tigerzplace.com before initiating any legal action.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
