Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

TigerzTools is the tools platform of Tigerzplace, the technology and cybersecurity brand behind tigerzplace.com. Tigerzplace, operating TigerzTools ("we", "us", "our"), runs the website at tools.tigerzplace.com and the browser extensions that deliver each TigerzTools tool. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

This policy applies to every TigerzTools tool. Section 1.2 lists the data all tools send to our license server, and section 1.3 lists what each tool adds to it.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register on tools.tigerzplace.com, we collect your email address, username, and password (hashed). No personal identification beyond email is required to create an account.

1.2 License and Usage Data (all tools)

Each tool communicates with our license server. During license validation and usage, the following data may be transmitted and logged:

  • Installation ID (the browser extension identifier), used as the license identifier
  • Tool name and version number
  • Usage event types and counts
  • Platform identifier (for example "facebook"), never account credentials
  • Timestamp of license checks and usage events

No tool collects the content of your posts, group names, message text, images, or the login credentials of any platform account.

1.3 Data by Tool

  • FB Auto Poster (FAP): campaign event types (job_start, post_sent, job_done) and their counts, and the platform identifier "facebook". FAP does not send post content, group names, images or Facebook credentials to us.
  • Tools not yet released: before a tool launches, this section will list what it sends, if anything, beyond the data in section 1.2.

1.4 Payment Information

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. To activate and support your license we keep the PayPal transaction and order IDs, the amount, currency and date of each payment, the tool and plan it was for, and the Installation ID it was applied to. Each activation attempt is also logged for support and fraud prevention with your IP address, an approximate location derived from it, and your browser user-agent.

1.5 Waitlist Submissions

If you join a waitlist for an upcoming tool, we collect your email address and optionally your name. This data is used only to notify you when that tool launches.

1.6 Website Analytics

We may collect standard server-side access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used (pages viewed, sign-ups and purchases, with the tool involved). It runs only on public pages, the register page, checkout and activation, and never on the other account pages or for site administrators. The advertising-related consent signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization) are denied by default and change only if you accept in the banner. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is off until you accept it in the consent banner; elsewhere it is on until you reject it. Your choice is saved in a first-party cookie (tz_consent) for 180 days, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. PayPal references and sign-in tokens in page addresses are removed before anything is sent to Google.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To validate your license and enforce plan limits for each tool
  • To confirm payments, activate licenses, and process refunds
  • To provide account and license support
  • To notify waitlist subscribers on tool launches
  • To detect abuse and fraud, enforce rate limits, and protect service availability
  • To send account, verification, payment receipt, and support-related emails

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • PayPal: processes your payment. PayPal receives your payment details directly, under its own privacy policy. We use PayPal's service to confirm a payment and to check whether it was refunded.
  • Hosting providers: our server infrastructure may be hosted on third-party cloud services. Data is stored within secure, access-controlled environments.
  • Google: provides Google Analytics 4 for website analytics, as described in section 1.6, under its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

License records are kept while your license is active and for 90 days after it ends. Payment records, and the activation log linked to them, are kept for as long as needed to handle refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and accounting. Usage logs are kept for up to 12 months for abuse detection and support purposes. Waitlist emails are deleted once you opt out or within 6 months of a tool's public launch. You may request deletion of your data at any time; we will delete what we are not required to keep.

5. Browser Extension Permissions

Each tool requests only the browser permissions strictly necessary for its stated function. FB Auto Poster (FAP) requires access to Facebook tabs to perform posting. Our tools do not inject code into unrelated sites. Extension storage is used only to cache each tool's settings and preferences on your local machine.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@tigerzplace.com.

7. Security

License data exchanged between our tools and our server is encrypted. Our server enforces HTTPS, rate limiting, and security headers. We keep the data we collect to the minimum a license system needs, and we never collect post content or account passwords. No system is perfectly secure.

If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to support@tigerzplace.com. We welcome good-faith reports. We ask that you avoid accessing other people's data, avoid disrupting the service, and give us a reasonable chance to respond before you disclose the issue publicly.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically, including when a new tool launches. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a notice on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
