Privacy Policy

TigerzTools ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at tools.tigerzplace.com and the associated Chrome extensions. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register on tools.tigerzplace.com, we collect your email address, username, and password (hashed). No personal identification beyond email is required to create an account.

1.2 License and Usage Data

Our Chrome extensions communicate with our license server at tools.tigerzplace.com/middleware/ogora.php. During license validation and campaign usage, the following data may be transmitted and logged:

  • Chrome Extension ID (used as license identifier)
  • Tool name and version number
  • Campaign event types (job_start, post_sent, job_done) and counts
  • Platform identifier (e.g. "facebook") — no account credentials
  • Timestamp of license check and usage events

We do not collect the content of your posts, group names, message text, images, or any Facebook account credentials.

1.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. We receive order confirmation data (order ID, plan, email) from LemonSqueezy webhooks to activate your license.

1.4 Waitlist Submissions

If you join a waitlist for an upcoming tool, we collect your email address and optionally your name. This data is used only to notify you when the tool launches.

1.5 Website Analytics

We may collect standard server-side access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. We do not use third-party behavioral analytics trackers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To validate your license and enforce plan limits
  • To deliver your purchased product and send license keys
  • To notify waitlist subscribers on tool launches
  • To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect service availability
  • To send transactional emails (license activation, payment receipts)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Hosting providers — our server infrastructure may be hosted on third-party cloud services. Data is stored within secure, access-controlled environments.

4. Data Retention

License records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for abuse detection and support purposes. Waitlist emails are deleted once you opt out or within 6 months of a tool's public launch. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Chrome Extension Permissions

Our extensions request browser permissions strictly necessary for their stated function. FAP (FB Auto Poster) requires access to Facebook tabs to perform posting. We do not inject code into unrelated sites. Extension storage (chrome.storage.local) is used only to cache license state and campaign preferences on your local machine.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

7. Security

License payloads transmitted between extensions and our server are encrypted using a two-layer encoding scheme tied to the extension ID. Our server enforces HTTPS, rate limiting, and security headers. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to support@tigerzplace.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a notice on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
